Lower Pottsgrove held their annual Community Day on Saturday September 9th at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School. Senator Tracy Pennycuick and State Representative Joe Ciresi were in attendance to meet and mingle with local residents and enjoy the beautiful, but hot, weather. Carnival Cravers, Deezy's Famous Cheesesteaks and Mr. Softee were on hand to offer delicious treats. Many local businesses joined in, setting up tables with fun games and information, some even brought vehicles for kids of all ages to explore. Our local emergency services were thrilled to show off their trucks and equipment too, even providing everyone with K-9 demonstrations. It was a fun afternoon for our community to all be together!
