Sewer Billing

If your property is connected to public sewer and water facilities you are subject to quarterly rental fees to pay for the operation of the utility. The Lower Pottsgrove Authority provides sewer service at a quarterly rental rate of $109.50 per home. Bills can be paid by mail at Box 512525, Philadelphia, PA 19175-2525. The connection of sump pumps to your sewer line is strictly prohibited by Township Ordinance.
If you are selling your home and are on the public sewer system, a sewer reinspection by the Township Inspector is required. Please call the permits clerk to obtain a form and schedule your appointment. A sewer certification to finalize the billing is also required for settlement. When ordering a sewer certification, please show the property address, buyer, seller and settlement date. For more information, please contact Kathy Kurtas at 610-323-0436 ext. 201.
