| LOWER POTTSGROVE ZONING HEARING BOARD | ||||
| The terms of office for a three-member board are three years and five years for a five-member board.
In both three or five-member boards, the terms shall be arranged so that the term of office of one member expires
each year to preserve continuity.
Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, The Zoning Hearing Board, planning Series #6, Page 2. The governing body may appoint by resolution at least one but no more than three residents of the municipality to serve as alternate members of the board.
