1. How do I pay a parking ticket?

Parking tickets can be paid at the Lower Pottsgrover Township police department (LTP PD) during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We also provide a drop box at the LPT PD entrance door for payment after hours.

Tickets can also be paid via First Class U.S. Mail.

2. When are taxes due?

County and township taxes are sent out on March 1. The EMS tax, as well as the school and per capita taxes are sent out on July 1. Residents have 60 days to pay their tax bills. The discount is good for the county and township taxes until April 30. The net is good until June 29, and residents have until December to pay the penalty.

The taxes mailed on July 1- occupation, school, and per capita taxes - have a discount which is good until August 30. The net is good until October 30, and residents have until December to pay the penalty.

3. How am I billed for municipal waste collection service?

You are charged $63.50 per quarter for municipal waste collection services. For more information please call the Lower Pottsgrove Township at 610-323-0436.

4. Is there a curfew in the township?

Yes, there is a curfew in the township.

Ordinance 201 addresses curfew regulations for anyone under the age of 18 years for these time frames:

• April 1 through September 30, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
• October 1 through March 31, between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
