1. How is my utility bill calculated?

Currently the sewer rental is $544 per year or $136 per quarter & trash removal services are $254 per year or $63.50 per quarter. 

2. When is my utility bill mailed?

All utility bills are mailed on a quarterly basis throughout the year:

• January 1st
• April 1st
• July 1st
• October 1st

You have 45 days to make payment, after that date interest and penalties will be added and delinquent notices will be sent to accounts with an outstanding balance.

3. When is my utility bill payment due?

Payments are due and payable within 45 days of being sent out each quarter:

• 1st Quarter - May 15th
• 2nd Quarter - August 15th
• 3rd Quarter - November 15th
• 4th Quarter - February 15th 

4. Where can I pay my sewer bill?

5. What does my sewer payment pay for?

The annual sewer rents pay for the operation and maintenance of the sewer system, pumping stations, and the Pottstown Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as debt service on Authority Bonds.
